All Saint Francis Parishioners may request exclusive private use of Saint Francis Hills. We recommend a donation of $50 for the first day, $10 for each additional day to support the maintenance of the grounds. Non-parishioners may request exclusive private usage of the Hills for a donation of $100 for first day, $25 per each additional day. Official Saint Francis events may use the Hills at No Charge but a reservation must be made to ensure availability. Below is our official procedure for requesting usage of Saint Francis Hills.
You must use the form below to request Saint Francis Hills usage. You must specify all dates that you require usage of the Hills property. Please check the calendar for availability of your dates. Scouting events take precedence over all other reservations.
Once your request is received via the form below, you will be emailed a usage agreement which must be mailed back to the address provided along with your donation. Make checks payable to “Troop 22.” If you do not receive a usage agreement within 48 hours after submitting the form, please contact us at 22scouting@gmail.com so we can check to make sure your request was received. Your date(s) are not officially reserved until the agreement and donation is received.
